Four nights a week

We are a small kitchen, so we keep it simple. The trailer is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5pm until 8pm, and we are closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.

If you are feeding a crowd, get your order in before 4pm and we will have it ready when you want it.

A local kitchen, on wheels

Blaze has been a family owned and operated pizzeria in Proserpine for over ten years. These days the ovens live in our own purpose built trailer at 10 Chapman Street, which means a proper commercial kitchen in a spot that is easy to pull up at.

It is still the same family, the same recipes and the same people answering the phone.
